Director, Contract Aware
Contract Aware was founded in 2022 by James Dorizas. With over 13 years experience of working within Project Management roles in the Australian Construction industry. James brings a wealth of experience in construction commercial advisory, dispute management and contractual negotiations. "I founded Contract Aware as I identified in my time working for large construction companies the playing field was one sided. Subcontractors and small builders did not have the same representation. Contract Aware now evens that playing field and can help Subcontractors in all stages of the project"

What subcontractors do you work with?
We work with all subcontractors from electricians to joiners to formworkers. No matter the size of your business or contract.
I've used lawyers for these kinds of services before and it was expensive?
We arent lawyers so we dont charge lawyers, we will always quote everything fixed price if we can. Market speaking our hourly charge is 1/3 of that of a lawyer.
